Es recomana, si no teniu una llarga i dilatada experi\u00e8ncia a muntanya, planifiqueu l&#8217;ascensi\u00f3 per a la temporada d&#8217;estiu, ja que el percentatge d&#8217;\u00e8xit i d&#8217;assoliment del cim augmenta considerablement. A m\u00e9s, cal destacar que la Muntanya Ararat, tamb\u00e9 coneguda com la muntanya de l&#8217;Arca de No\u00e9, presenta unes caracter\u00edstiques t\u00e8cniques favorables per iniciar-se a muntanyes d&#8217;aquesta altitud.  <\/p><p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Abans de centrar-nos pr\u00f2piament a la motxilla, conv\u00e9 tenir en consideraci\u00f3 altres aspectes de la log\u00edstica del viatge, com serien:<\/p><ul data-spread=\"false\"><li>La divisa del pa\u00eds.<\/li><li>Els aspectes de car\u00e0cter sanitari necessaris per a l&#8217;entrada al pa\u00eds (protocols relacionats amb la COVID-19, vacunes necess\u00e0ries per a la zona on realitzarem l&#8217;activitat, entre d&#8217;altres). Juntament amb la motxilla gran, d&#8217;una capacitat d&#8217;entre 60 i 70 litres (que transportaran els portadors corresponents i que, en el cas de l&#8217;Ararat, s\u00f3n cavalls), necessitarem una altra motxilla addicional d&#8217;entre 30 i 40 litres per portar a sobre tot all\u00f2 indispensable mentre caminem. <\/p><p>Perqu\u00e8 no falti res a la llista i no ens portem cap ensurt inesperat, conv\u00e9 fer pr\u00e8viament un exercici de visualitzaci\u00f3 i organitzar disciplinadament la llista per \u00e0rees o seccions. L&#8217;organitzaci\u00f3 \u00e9s un aspecte molt personal, encara que us proposem comen\u00e7ar per tot all\u00f2 necessari per emportar sobre el cos mentre caminem.
